What is Kemuri?
Kemuri is a
social network and an experiment.
The purpose of Kemuri is very simple:
establish contacts with people,
make friends, participate in events.
Backstory
It all started 5 years ago when our friends
decided to form a group and give it a meaningful name,
to strengthen the bonds and our friendship.
A lot time passed since then and now we decided to take
one step further.
Name
Kemuri - is a Japanese word for "Smoke". Even if a
fire can be stopped, the smoke will
always exist.
Kemuri can be represented in English, in Japanese using katakana
"ケムリ", with the number "745" or using a finger combination
to form 745 in binary: "10111 01001".
System
By making friends, you get
points.
Points can be spent on creating quests.
Quests are real world tasks,
which will help you find new friends and make your life more
interesting. Whoever completes a quest will earn the reward points.
Quests can be anything from "Go to the cinema with me" to
"I'm lazy, bring me a pack of cigarettes".
Ranking
The points system creates a possibility for ranking:

Kemuri Kohai - the base user who can access
most parts of the website.

Kemuri Senpai - the top 5% of users by points,
these special users have the ability to ban and invite
new users, so the fate of the community is in their hands.

Kemuri Sensei - the original Kemuri members,
who have access to all features of the website.
They exist to prevent catastrophic changes in the community.
Wherever it takes us: keep strong and remain a member of Kemuri,
as in body and so in heart.

Members
You will have to be a registered member to see a list of all members.
Quests
As a guest you can view public quests on the "quests" page. As a member you can see all the quests.
You can search quests by the title, description and name of the creator.
Friends
You can view and add new friends on the "friends" page.
Settings
You can subscribe to notifications or install the app on the "settings" tab.
History
- 16.01.24 - Website launches, two of the Senseis join immediately
- 02.02.24 - First meetup, already 4 Senseis and 2 Kohais have joined
- 03.02.24 - Almost all Sensei are gathered together; A total of 9 Kemuri Members
